A full renovation with bold character and streamlined functionality. This Wineham home underwent a complete kitchen transformation, moving from outdated and impractical to sleek, modern, and full of smart design details—right down to the utility room.

The Brief
Clare came to us needing a total kitchen overhaul—new layout, new materials, and a style that felt distinctly contemporary. She also wanted to extend the same sleek look into her utility room, making space for integrated laundry appliances and maximising storage throughout.

The Design
We used 5G slab vinyl doors in matt black to give the space a dramatic, modern edge. The finish is ultra-low maintenance but visually striking—perfect for a clean, clutter-free aesthetic. To add warmth and texture, we paired the cabinetry with Caesarstone worktops in a raw concrete finish, balancing industrial tone with refined detailing.

Storage was a key priority in both the kitchen and utility. We included a pull-out pantry, corner solution, and integrated pull-out bin to ensure every part of the space worked hard. The utility room was built out to seamlessly house Clare’s washing machine and tumble dryer behind matching cabinetry—creating a cohesive and polished look across both spaces.

Neff appliances bring high performance with an understated design, while a Quooker tap adds instant functionality without compromising on style.
