Cabinet Specifications

Our high-quality cabinets are crafted at our custom-built factory in Thorne, Yorkshire, with a 15-year guarantee (provided there are no signs of water ingress or intentional damage). Using glue and dowel, the cabinets are constructed from 18mm melamine-faced chipboard (MFC). All exposed edges are reinforced for added durability, with a 2.0mm ABS leading edge. The cabinets are supplied fully assembled for easy installation and include an 18mm back panel.

Base cabinets and tall housings feature a 61mm service void (480mm internal), while the 560mm deep Legra drawer box cabinets have an 18mm service void. Wall cabinets have an 8mm service void with standard hangers or an 18mm void with concealed hangers. Floor-mounted cabinets come with 150mm adjustable legs (-10mm to +20mm), with options for an upgraded leg and a shorter 100mm leg.

All cabinets are equipped with Blum clip-on hinges as standard, with an optional fully integrated Soft Close feature. We use Blum Antaro soft close drawer boxes across the range, with an upgrade to LEGRA-BOX available. Both designs can be fitted with TIP-ON push-to-open mechanisms.

Corner 'L' shaped cabinets include 170-degree hinges and a piano hinge to connect the doors as standard, with a bi-fold hinge option available on request.

We manufacture our cabinets and accessory items using Egger MFC, offering access to over 150 different finishes to match or complement all door styles, colors, and woodgrains.

All wall cabinets are fitted with fully adjustable hanging brackets. Base and 575mm high wall cabinets come with one adjustable shelf, while the 720mm and 900mm high wall cabinets are supplied with two shelves.
